Another recipe from grandma! We slow-roast these premium cashews with fresh garlic, a dash of sea salt and coconut oil in low temperatures to achieve an even color and crunchiness throughout the whole nut. The result is a lightly salted, mildly toasted (never burned!), and crunchy cashew with a very subtle hint of garlic to bring out the umami dimension. We never tire of these classic roasted cashews!
