Honey Sesame Cashews with Chocolate Cranberries

Quick and easy and healthy holiday chocolate treats.

Ingredients: 

  • Fresh cranberries (don't use the frozen ones)
  • 1 cup of Dark Chocolate (melted) 
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • Honey Sesame Cashews

How to make:

Wash fresh cranberries and pat dry. Mix cranberries with maple syrup. Put a couple of cranberries in a silicon ice cube tray. Add melted chocolate on top. Shake tray so chocolate will disperse. Top with our Honey Sesame Cashews for the perfect crunch.  Freeze for at least an hour or overnight and enjoy! 

Note: do not use frozen cranberries because it will be mushy once it is not refrigerated.
