I met Hway-Ling Su of Sweet Dragon Baking at the San Mateo Farmer's Market. Her booth provides award winning brittles, pies and other sweet baked goods. Hway-Ling loves our chili lime cashews, so this year we finally collaborated on a limited edition holiday flavor, Chili Lime Cashew Brittle! They are crunchy, nutty, not too sweet, with a hint a of chili lime.

I have purchased the Chili Lime Cashews from nuts plus nuts for several years and they are an excellent product. When I saw that they had a nut brittle out this year I had to try it. This is not your average nut brittle, it is amazingly good. The Chili Lime Cashews are the perfect mix of nuts, heat from the chilis and lime to add some more zest. Add the brittle mixture, which is not sickeningly sweet and you have the perfect treat. I bought one box and shared it with 2 friends. It didn’t even last a day. Everybody loved it. I highly recommend this and every other product this company produces. Try them all, you will not be disappointed.
