The only reason I give these 4 stars is because the lightly salted variety is just SO good in both flavor and texture. The palm sugar and coconut make these a little less crunchy, but you get a burst of sweetness in return. So, if you like your cashews really crunchy and plain (which is not a bad thing as the flavor of the nuts is the star), go for those. If you want some sweetness, these are great. I eat them as a dessert :)

We roast these cashews in a low temperature for a long time then drizzle them with Indonesian palm sugar and topped with freshly grated coconut. Not too sweet but enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. Great for toppings on ice cream and desserts!

Fantastic to eat these after a meal to get slightly more full with some healthy sweetness haha. I'm personally not a fan of shaved coconut, yet I like coconut flavor. These fit the bill perfect. My batch didn't have big coconut pieces like the pic, but gave the cashews a nice sweet flavor that I can't stop eating... nom nom nom..
